1997 Hyundai Excel for sale
I've decided I need to suck it in and upgrade back to a towing car *grumble* so my little Excel has to go.
1997 model. 1.5 litre, 5 speed manual.
No power steer, windows etc. (Not that you need power steering on midget cars)
Has air con (works very well)
CD Player (speakers work on and off, need to be rewired)
Fog lights (separate switch on dash)
Sports exhaust (sounds nice, not loud)
Super large rear spoiler
Tons of boot space would you believe it
Rego til 20th June
Is at 232,000kms approx- had the water pump and timing belt replaced at 230,000. Had a wheel balance done yesterday, and am replacing the front brakes as soon as the mechanic can be bothered. All up, this is about $700 of work.
Starts up first time every time. All lights etc work. Is set up for a towbar but no ball etc currently attached.
Body leaves a little to be desired- scraped dent near fuel cap, a couple of dents in the passenger door. Bonnet and front drivers side quarter panel have been replaced at some stage, slightly different to the rest of the car.
Apart from that it's quite straight, and is a neat economical little unit.
I get at least 500kms a tank, costs about $40 to fill up.

EDITED SUN 28th JUNE:
Price reduced to $2000 ONO ($2000 will include 3 months rego as it has just ran out). MUST SELL ASAP.
