Re: Expierenced Eventer
Thank you
We're selling him for lots of different reasons I guess...I have seven horses...four are 'sellable' and between the other three they are old, retired, unsound, injured etc (although hoping to bring Cooper in and find out how sound he is might be able to lease him to a pleasure home!).
Of the four that people might actually buy
We have Gryph (waited for a pinto, not selling mine now!), Bobbie (well she isn't going anywhere [permanently] ever), Dom (possible, but I really luvs him. Even if he is useless) and Spud ('worth' the most, lots going for him but I haven't 'clicked' with him like I have with Dom...or Manny...).
So, yeah. Plus other stuff. So I'll cry but hopefully not as much as if it had been any of the others. Lol.
Glad you like the website...Spud is such a goof and a character, guess I wanted to show that as well as the serious competitor side of him
I have about a zillion videos uploaded now too haha.

awww, that's sad but I can definitely see where you're coming from. I think he's gorgeous so hope you find him a great home - should make the whole "process" a little easier.

Re: Expierenced Eventer
Spud and I came 10th in the Prelim at Monarto. Not our best dressage test ever, but double clear jumping in cross country and showjumping saw us move up 9 places after dressage!
We also placed 6th in the Pre Novice at Mt Gambier, which was my first ever Pre Novice. Spud's dressage was MUCH better, tough competition though. Clear jumping cross country, a couple of time penalties though, and a couple of very unusual rails in the showjumping - product of tiredness.
By this time it had been a VERY busy fortnight away with intense lessons every day including three jumping lessons (two cross country) and by the last weekend it was all starting to catch up! Spud did a fantastic effort, just couldn't muster the energy to give the jumps plenty of air like he usually does, but still did a really nice round.
