Liver Chestnut TB Mare for sale

Alice is a 15.3hh Liver Chestnut TB mare, 10yo. She has not been ridden for approx 4 years due to no fault of her own. However I have lunged her and sat on her with no issues whatsoever : )
She is a very pretty type of mare with wonderful movement, in fact so was originally owned and trained by Charlotte Mitton so she is very much a hack type with an awesome front.
I haven't had her for very long and if it wasn't for the fact that I don't have the time or space for her I would happily keep her as she's very easy to handle and gets along well with my other horses. She is a VERY good doer, and is very happy for any attention. Alice would either suit someone who has the experience and patience to put into her or somebody who would like a lovely broodmare.
Alice will only be sold to a very good home that is able to educate her and understands that she is a sensitive soul who sometimes just needs a kind word or two : ).

I should also add that at this stage there are no photos that will do her justice so I am hesitant to forward any on. However I hope to take some of her on the lunge this weekend.

That would be great Ems! We can doll her up in white bandages and make her look pretty (which isn't hard when you almost have a RP head lol!)
I should also mention that she has a very very thick tail too *nods* and she is quite a roomy mare too. Would *almost* be a hunter. Maybe.

haha! this little girl is very gentle (ask Ems!)
