Rosie, I posted in another thread, but would you consider doing group rider fitness work? I don't want anything that's going to make me huff and puff (horse does that), but I would be interested in stretching, position work that would make me a more stable rider?

Good idea! Depending on cost/embarrassment level I'd be up for that!

Pffff. I've eaten 6 slices of thin pizza, a bit of garlic bread, a cheese and bacon pie, a maxibon icecream, small bit of shepherds pie and freaking orange cake today. Lose weight?! I think not.

Bahahaha don't worry, I've been naughty today too... been good lately, but pigged out on choccy bikkies at work today, had very healthy 2 minute noodles for lunch with a bag of those yummy sugar coacted apricot delight things, get home and had a choccy muffin and a handfull of lollies Evil or Very Mad Was SUPPOSED to lose weight for the champs, but ah well, only a few days now, so eating lots won't do too much damage, will probs start to show on monday haha!

LOL. That would suck... Take em about 4 hours before u finish work. then youve got all evening to sit on the loo! They wont make you lose weight as such but will stop the awful bloating!
