Is this from the showgrounds? My friend was there yesterday and again today - I will send her your webby she'd LOVE to see some pics. Her mare did her very proud yesterday, just hoping her filly does the same today

Yep this is at the Wayville Showgrounds.

I still have about 4500 photographs to go through, so tell her (and anyone else you speak to) that if they are patient and keep checking that link above, there WILL be photos up!!

I am sitting in the sponsors tent at the moment.... still photographing horses, and after we are done we have the long drive home again - so keep in mind that I will 'lose' 9 hours while we are driving of time that I COULD have been putting photos up and getting them organised.....

Yes it was HOT HOT HOT ! Thanks Shell for taking so many great pics in such trying conditions.
One judge fainted twice. (but she had health issues) A steward almost passed out (but he had major surgery a month ago) and the rest of us just kept on slowly plodding all day. a 7am start... Lots of members of SA Equine (like KOG) were there watching and and succesful, but probably still too hot/tired to post..

hmm... only a little bit hot... ah well i had fun, i got to see a few REEEAAALLLYYY purdy arabs, and i got to catch up with a few forumites, and meet a few too... overall it was a pretty fun weekend

Well me and my little gal might not have placed but she was fantastically DEAD quiet as usual and it was great seeing everyone and chatting with everyone....there was ALOT of gorgeous arabs out and it was fantastic to see them all in action and everyone did very well to compete in the heat!!

Yasbiq - the ONLY reason I DIDNT pass out was because I was sitting all day.... there were a couple of hairy moments, and twice when I went out into the ring to take a pic with the winner and judge I almost keeled over......

I ate Nurofen Plus and Imigran all weekend.... lol.....

Craig was my ever faithful gopher who I would have been totally lost without!!!

The ice from the ice box in the sponsors tent was REALLY good on the back of the neck and wrists a few times.....

Okies, in the process of putting the next 100 up - so in about 15 mins, there will be 300 up there already.....
