Stb Sport Horse Association National Championships & The Breeders Crown April 10th & 11th 2010

The past 24 hours have been incredibly exciting around the camp at SSHA.

We are very exciting to announce that Harness Racing SA have offered to sponsor our State Championship Show in 2010 @ Wayville Show Grounds. This is incredibily exciting as this exposes the wonderful sport of Harness Racing to a legion of horse enthusiasts, as well as ensuring the future of the racing standardbred well into their retirement.

A big thankyou from everyone at SSHA to David Alred (Harness Racing SA CEO) and in our first official newsletter due out October 20, we interview David who has been a big advocate of the retired Standardbred for many years.

A very exciting milestone for SSHA, Harness Racing SA and the Standardbreds within them.

I am also pleased to report that this event will also conincide with the running of the Breeder's Crown. So be sure to put the dates in your calendar. With entertainment for the whole family planned from start to end, this is a horse show not to be missed by anyone.

I believe we (SHC-SA) have already entered into negotiations about running our rising star champ show as part of this event would be fantastic if this works out
