PostSubject: halters, rugs and tail bags   Tue Dec 18, 2012 5:28 pm

Hi there!
I'm working on a project to raise money for the WCH. I've got some donated horse gear for sale and I am also volunteer teaching some riding lessons for just $10 and donating the whole funds to charity.
What I have so far:
New cob size web halter, green
Cob size leather halter, decent condition except for a chewed bit on the end of the crown piece
Full size leather halter, excellent condition
Pony size ripstop tail bag, used but no rips or tears
5'6 Weatherbeeta Freestyle rug, used for two months only and in very good condition. Navy with green trim.

I'm taking offers on the website (www.hollyandhope.webs.com) or Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/HollyAndHope) until December 28. If you make the best offer, payment can be made through Everyday Hero if you don't feel comfortable paying me directly - just search "Holly and Hope" and my name (Erin) will come up.

Oh how frustrating, I'm sorry!
Re: charities. I'm wanting to make this a long-term thing. Since having our twins six months ago, we have sold our large property and simplified our lives and realised that we can live on one income. So that leaves me, loving every second with our gorgeous boys but knowing I can do more for people who don't have as many good things in their lives as I do.

So what I'm doing is fundraising until I reach $300 and then starting again for a new charity. Our first is the Women's and Children's Hospital, and the next one is the Epilepsy Foundation. People have been suggesting charities on Facebook so please let me know if there are any causes that are important to you and I'll add them to the list.

If you search "Holly and Hope" on Facebook it should come up, there are pics of the items there. If not, search my personal profile, Erin Nuske, and the link is on my page as my employer.

Thanks and I'll try and get the website fixed today. I'm one of those people who just needs to walk past a computer to break it, so I bet it was something I did wrong!

It's just the link that doesn't work.

This one should work http://hollyandhope.webs.com/

What a great thing you are doing. Would definitely be interested in having a lesson or two in the new year. Smile

Thanks so much Dani! Looking forward to it!
If anyone happens to have anything that might be worth a dollar or two that they would like to sell, please think about donating it to us! We have had some excellent offers so far, can't wait to really get into it!
