6 ft and 6'3 rugs required

In Need 6ft and 6'3 rugs - Cotton, doona, polar fleece, woolen and/or waterproof outer rugs...ANYTHING! Can be any useable condition as cash is limited but can trade, see barter section for things I can offer, anything to keep a new skinny boy warm and my clipped mare needs spares as she lives with a destructive yearling!

Since I'm making a wish list....
Dutch Gag, 5 inch at a guess
Paddock/stable boots or wraps
cotton, woolen or polar fleece hoods (mainstay or lycra is even better)
Black false tail big enough for 15hh range
White saddle cloth good enough for spare for shows OR padded shaped numnah in GREAT condition for 17.5 inch saddle for showing

Hey MP i have 2 full size canvas w/proof hoods and a 6'canvas rug you can have for $10ea and i have a matching canvas rug and hood near new for $50.

I have a very old rug belonging to your new skinny boy. Tis a 6'3. It is missing a surcingle because he rolled and ripped it off.. and needs a leg strap resewn on, but that wouldn't be hard. I can do that for you if you want the rug for him. It is a very old waterproof saxon. It came with him when I first got him, so fits him very well and he has had it for years. Not sure what filling it is, but seems nice and warm.
You can have it for free if you can organise a way of picking it up.

Oh, and if the dutch gag is for him, your guess was right and he does take a 5 inch.

I have a 6'3" stable doona which was a weird one... when i got it, it never had a front strap (just a hole you put over their head - I had a front strap put on it though) and it has funny surcingle leg straps... as well as the normal belly surcingle. Yours for $20 if you want it.

I have a brand new canta waterproof soft canvas RRRP $89.95 selling for $70, nice rug but doesn't fit my mare round the neck.

SR- Havent ever found a canvas hood that sat right on my old horses but happy to give them a go and ad them to the pile to try and would definately like the set if I find spare cash this week, should be do-able

Bill is down at mine so she's doing a few trips down this way while we're sorting his rugs and clipping etc of the others.

Always wanted one for the bit box if I found a cheapie as I think its handy to have a huge range to try. But since it seems to be his previous favourite I will have it as a back up for him.

Mum is giving the rug a wash, and then I will sew the leg strap back on for you if I can find it. Send me a text when you are up this way, but will probably be easier if I drop it up to Shell sometime..

And I wouldn't worry too much about heaps of rugs. I know he is skinny at the moment, but he doesn't feel the cold too much at all!

Gag isnt as urgent as that boy has a way to go before being back under saddle but I want to widen my range of bit styles and sizes anyway.

Pretty sure I have a white GP saddlecloth that is barely used I could dig out. I probably won't be around tomorrow but if I PM you my address I can leave the rug (and saddlecloth if you want it) on the front verandah for you and you can just leave the money or put it into my account?

No worries DD will pop by after I finish clipping and yeah PM me your address and bank details and will deposit the money tomorrow night. Dont like leaving it there as too much chance of wind swiping it! lol How much you want for the saddle cloth?
