Paddock Available in Paracombe

Okay so I am moving Jaxon for about 2 months or so and his paddock will be empty for that time.

It is in Paracombe, full access to a newly fenced and surfaced arena, access to trails and pony club just up the road. The paddock is only for one horse (not big enough for 2) PLENTY of lush feed and electric fencing with a shelter and running water

$20 per week which needs to be paid in advance!

Will be paddocked next to my old mare

Lovely small agistment with AWESOME people!

Only conditions are that your horse is completely up to date with ALL vaccinations, wormed etc.

is there some one there every day or is it expected you would be going out every day typre agistment? i am looking for a paddock for my yearling atm so could suit but would only be going out there weekends so not sure if that is suitable
also what vacc do they require

yeah there is someone there everyday the paddock is one of the front ones so everyone drives past and my mum will be there daily with our old girl.

you don't have to be there everyday, you are just required to keep your board paid etc.

just the general vaccinations like strangles and tetanus.

The paddock is available from the 29th of September to the 11th of November

how big is the paddock and is it flat ? also with shots i dont have the receipts to prove i gave mine a tetnus at the start of the year is that a problem?

the paddock is about half an acre to an acre maybe, big enough for 2 horses but they would prefer the one in there on their own and that's fine about the receipts, just as long as they have had the shot etc then it's all good

it isn't completely flat, on a slight (very slight) slope, nothing huge and drastic

I just called the agistment owener and she apparently has someone who wants the paddock BUT they aren't saying yes or no yet.

What I will do, I'll find out and let you know by Friday I know that there is another paddock available but it is on a steep slope, might not be good for her. (Ill speak to the agistment owner tonight and see if we can do a swap to get Savvy in Jax's paddock and the other horse in the slopier paddock!)

the slopier paddock would suit better to be honest good for the muscles
