Wanted - Mount Compass area

I'm looking for weekend agistment for a pony mare and galloway gelding. Both quiet and easy to handle. We've recently moved to Mt Compass and the horses have stayed on our family farm, which is fine most of the time but I'd love to have them closer on weekends and to return to showing my mare in-hand.
So what I'm looking for is a place in the Mt Compass/Willunga/Victor Harbor or surrounds where I can keep them 1-2 weekends per month for a reasonable price. Don't mind if they share a yard or have separate yards or stables. I will take care of all their needs myself The only real requirement is a wash bay.

Is that the same as Landau park? If so then yes, I'm going to meet up with the owner at some stage when I get around to it! I've tried Anvers and although it is beautiful, $50 per night for two horses is a bit more than what I'm looking to pay.
